COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

  • My professional email ([email protected]) is the preferred method of communication for commissions with Discord being second. Please do not DM me on social media! I don't typically look at my DM's on my socials and I cannot guarantee speedy response times through them.

  • You must be 16 years or older to purchase a commission, with parents permission. Suggestive or NSFW pieces MUST be commissioned by those 18+

  • Payment methods are Venmo and Cashapp. All payments must be converted into USD.

  • Payment is 60% upfront and 40% after commission is done

  • You will receive watermarked sketches/progress shots along with the final high-resolution commission piece at the end.

  • You as a commissioner have a right to pull out of the commission at any stage for any reason, but after the finished sketch stage, you will only get half of your upfront payment for my time and work.

  • If you refund during any stage, you are not allowed to 'finish' the piece yourself, have another artist finish it, or have AI finish it.

  • No refunds on finished commissions.

  • Progress shots must be commented on and approved before commission continues.

  • Major changes to the commission (different pose/positioning) may only happen during initial sketching and final sketching stages.

  • If you are commissioning an OC and do not have any reference photos, please be aware there will be an added charge. See pricing for details

  • Do not repost my art to your own social media platforms. Profile picture/banner usage with credit is in bio/pinned post is fine.

  • My commissions are for personal use only, not commerical use. My art is not to be used for profit for advertising in any way. You are not allowed to re-distribute, sell, or make profit off of your commissioned piece. Turning commissioned piece into a personal pin, poster, wall art, etc, is fine however (and I would love to see it!)

  • My art is not allowed to be turned into NFT's and any users who actively preach for NFT's will be banned from commissions.

  • Any commissioned art is not to be put into an AI generated machine.

  • I have the right to decline any commission for any reason, whether it be it makes me uncomfortable or it is out of my skill level. I also have the right to terminate the commission at any stage for rudeness, snippy comments, etc. Refund will be given when applicable.

  • Sending first payment means that you agree to all TOS rules above. If you break any these rules, I have the full right to decline working with you with little to no refund.

Other things to note

Time frames for commissions vary, but each piece takes around 7-14 days. If your commission is a gift for another person and you need it faster than that timeframe, I have a right to not take that commission if it will put me in a time crunch.What you are receiving is a digital good in form of art. You as the commissioner agree that you are paying for a non-physical good that is not going to be received via mail carrier.If you are commissioning your original characters (OC's), they belong to you. My art belongs to me and you can not pass it off as your own art. Posting OC art to OC-based websites such as Toyhou.se is allowed as long as there is proper credit (my Toyhou.se account is Kondork-The-Great). Any other site, feel free to credit any of my social medias

FULL BODY

Full body - Full image of a character in any sort of posing/perspective. This can be all limbs or from the shin-up.PRICES

Simple background (blank, patterned, abstract, etc) -

Complex background (full scenes like city streets, nature scenes, etc) $20 - $40
Cell shading (you can see where the shading lines are) - $20
Rendered shading (shading is more blended in) - $25
Blended shading (cell and rendered shading is blended together) - $40

HALF BODY

Half body - Half image of a character in any sort of posing/perspective. This can be from the thighs-up or the hips-up, so usually legs are not visible.PRICES

ICONS / EMOTES

Icons and Emotes - Small profile-picture images of a character in any sort of posing/perspective. These are from the chest up, so torsos and limbs are typically not seen, but a hand can be in frame for gestures. These can also be transparent to be used as emotes in Discord servers or on Twitch. Please note that I do not animate things! If you want an animated emote, please let me know ahead of time so we can work around a good price point.PRICES

Fees

No references (if you have zero references of your characters and only have a detailed written explanation / images to base character off of) - +$20
NSFW (per character, not per couple) - +$20-$30
Changes (major changes after the sketching phases of a commission. ie: changing pose while in the lineart phase) - +$10 per change
